Ed's Experience

I've been employed at the LCDC for over 24 years. I've worked in many capacities at the Drain Commission including as a field crew member, equipment operator, field inspector, and working in the engineering department.

I was promoted to Drain Superintendent in 2008 and Deputy Drain Commissioner in 2016. I have a unique understanding and great deal of experience in drain commission operations.

Outside of my work experience, I farm alongside my family in Macon Township. Growing up and continuing to work on the farm has educated me on practices to better our ditches, drains, and waterways which are good for both the land and people. With my combined farming experience and working for the Lenawee County Drain Commission, I hope to create effective, efficient, and equitable solutions for all.
