Duties of the Drain Commissioner
The Lenawee County Drain Commissioner's Office is responsible for managing over 1500 miles of storm drains, 9 sanitary sewer systems, 4 drinking water systems, and 8 legal lake levels.

Alongside these, there are also many challenges: aging infrastructure, inflation, weather, and changing regulations.

It is of utmost importance to have someone who has proven experience and plans to lead the department in this role.

I have always strived to do things in the most efficient, effective and fair manner possible for the citizens of Lenawee County.
